Station 6: Moose/Wilson Road

Station 6 at Moose/Wilson Road is the other fully staffed station in the department, with 12 full-time staff and 9 volunteers. The station is located at 2505 North Moose Wilson Road and houses six pieces of apparatus: two ambulances, a structural engine, a wildland engine, a 3,000 gallon water tender, and a rescue vehicle. The building has a kitchen, a meeting room, a radio room, an office, a gym, storage areas, and, of course, the apparatus floor itself.

The building was constructed in 1997 and is 6,000 square feet. This station protects the residential and commercial areas of the West Bank and Moose Wilson Road and responds to incidents in and north of Teton Village, south down Fall Creek Road, as well as on Teton Pass all the way to the state line. The Moose/Wilson Road runs close to Teton Pass and the Idaho border in Teton County, Wyoming.
