What do you do for work? I am a full time firefighter with Jackson Hole Fire/EMS and I own a handyman business as well.
What do you do in your free time? I don’t have much free time at the moment, but I like to boat, hike, ski, and hang with my family.
How long have you been a part of JH Fire/EMS? Since 2019
What made you want to join initially? It seemed like such a great way to help the community and to better myself.
What is your role in the department? I am a full-time Firefighter/EMT as well as the Special Events Coordinator.
What are your future goals in the department? I aim to become a master of our skills and not just a jack of all the trades we need to know for this job.
What was your favorite part of volunteering? Volunteering gave me the insight and desire to become full time.
What about the most challenging? Finding a work/life balance can be really hard.
What advice would you give new recruits? Keep learning and don’t be afraid to fail. There’s a lot to know with this job and you definitely can’t know it all.

What do you think you bring to the department? A positive attitude.
Who do you look up to? My father.
